Swelling in flanks return post SAFELiposuction. Has the fat returned?

At three weeks, swelling is usually substantial and typical. I usually tell patient's it will take 6-8 weeks to begin to see your results after SAFELipo. These continue to improve over 6 months or more and some patients appreciate skin contraction from this specialized technique over 1 year.
I did fat grafting to breasts and SAFELipo was used to do this. Was this the right choice?

You do have some excess skin of your upper lid and some amount of ptosis (drooping of your upper eyelid). Your eyebrow can also contribute to the excess skin of your upper eyelid - think of the brow as a curtain-rod to your eyelid skin. Your lateral brow looks a little low and complete rejuvenation may require some lift here as well. See a board-certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation. You may be a candidate even though you are only 33.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to give you a definite answer. Cup size is very variable and there is little consistency with measurements. The maximum size silicone gel implant available is 800 cc (if your surgeon is not participating in a study looking at larger sized implants). We do recognize that some patients would benefit from larger implants, but the FDA has not approved them yet. Standard saline implants can go a bit larger. Implant volume does not...
