It sounds like you have inverted nipples. Without pictures I can not be sure. You should make an appointment with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for correction. If you do have inverted nipples you would not need an implant for correction.

I think it is too soon to make any judgments. You will have swelling for at least 6 months. At that point talk to your Plastic Surgeon about your concerns.

Your best bet would be to see your Plastic Surgeon that knows you already. If you do not want to see him/her then any other Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will be able to help you. They may want to remove your implants and wait a couple months to see how you look. At 6 months after implant removal if you want a lift or scar revision that can be done at that time. Good Luck

Great question!The pain you are getting is probably for the diastasis recti repair (when the surgeon sutures your rectus muscles back together). It usually goes away after 6 months, but you should take it easy and listen to your body. If you are getting pain while working out then you are not ready to do so. If will give you subtle hints when you need to decrease your activity, like being sore and throbbing. Hi and thank you for the question. It is hard to say without seeing your preoperative pictures and being in the surgery itself as to why the incision is this length. It may have been necessary to achieve the goals that you set for your breast size. The dog ears do not look too bad in the photos and may settle out as the incisions heal and contract. This can be addressed if its still an issue in about 6-12months. Good luck with everything.

By one year, you will be better able to assess how much feeling is going to come back. If you are concerned about this issue, you should follow-up with your board certified Plastic Surgeon.
