I appreciate your post and pics, but the photos are so blurry that it's hard to make a diagnosis.  It could be infected or necrotic (dead tissue).  Either way, you should see your PS as soon as possible to discuss the  treatment plan.

Sorry to hear about your complications.  Overall, you have an excellent result.  It does appear that you may need a revision to make the area below the belly button look even better.  This could easily be done awake with local anesthesia.  Talk to your PS regarding the timing of this minor touch-up.

As long as you are healthy, you would greatly benefit from liposuction and a tummy tuck.  You may also want to inquire about the more advanced "Hollywood" tuck that does not require drains.  You would see a significant flattening of your stomach and improvement in your waistline.

Sorry to hear about your issues.  You certainly can go larger now that the skin and deep tissues have had time to stretch out.  The surgery can be done through the existing scar locations and the scars can be revised at the same time.   You can also have your surgeon address the asymmetry issue (right side being larger). The recovery from revision surgeries is typically much easier than  the initial surgery.

Sorry to hear about your unhappiness with your breast shape.  If we could see pre-op photos, it would be helpful to shed light on what is going on now.  My best guess is that you had constricted breasts with mild tuberous deformities.  Your PS had to lower the fold at the bottom of your breasts so the implants wouldn't sit too high.  As a result, you are seeing the "memory" of the old fold and so your breast is sitting on top of the implant as you noted.  For definitive answers to your situa...

Since your implants are saline, I'm going to assume they were placed under the pec muscles.  If so, then yours look perfectly normal.  It will take a few months for the pec muscles to relax and your skin below the nipples to stretch to allow the implants to settle into their proper position.  Sometimes, one side drops faster than the other so don't be concerned if that happens to you.

What you are describing is called "Mondor's Disease".  It's typically a vein that has clotted off and is now inflamed.  The condition is harmless and will resolve over time.  You can put some warm compresses on it, gently massage it, and take NSAIDS (Advil, Ibuprofen, etc)  for the pain.
