You would need to be examined to have a btter idea as to whether surgical excision or liposuction would work best. You should definitiely seek evaluation if you have noticed any discreet lump within this tissue as the area may have breast tissue and does have lymphatic tissue.

Hypovolemic shock is extremely rare, yet an extremely serious complication. The amount of fat removed with liposuction as well as the amount of bleeding associated with the process are determinants of the risk of hypovolemic shock. You look like you have a really good result. Recurrence of some skin looseness is expected after tummy tuck because you have to be able to stand up straight. Your skin relaxes a bit as you heal.The residual fullness could be addressed with liposuction. Depending on how elastic your skin is, you may want a little scar revision after liposuction to correct the minor asymmetry you have on the right as that area is fuller and may result in more skin laxity on the right.
