I am excited for you because I think yo can have a very nice result with reduction of your areola size and breast augmentation. You may need a lollipop or circumvertical to help with areolar reduction, but even that will give a wonderul result. I don’t think you need a anchor lift. Wishing you the best.

After looking at your photos, I absolutely suggest a lift with your breast augmentation. This can be done with a lollipop type incision and the scarring is really not bad. As a bonus you can reduce the areola size as well, giving a more youthful appearance. Placing a large implant will not lift the breasts. The breasts will still fall off the implant and you will be unhappy with the outcome. Wishing you the very best outcome.

Judging from your picture, I would lean toward abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. This tightens skin, contours can be easily smoothed and the umblicus can be fashioned to be more youthful. Hard to say for sure with just the one picture and no exam, but go see a board certified plastic surgeon with ASPS and ASAPS credentials and experienced and interested in abdominoplasty/ lipoabdominoplasty, and they can give you a more accurate assessement.

First of all, you obviously have taken great care of yourself , and you are fortunate to have very few if any stretch marks. What I notice on side view is that your abdominal wall is probably not at flat as you would like. Because of that, I suggest repairing the muscles (diastasis) all the way down from xiphoid to pubis. You can achieve a fuller breast superiorly with a small implant. Lift would be best, but to avoid scars, a small implant could be employed. Size increase would be modest and give you upper pole fullness.

I will agree with the two previous comments. Hard to tell based on photos and very mild if any and that should allow you to have a very nice cleavage should you decide on breast augmentation. Pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum are interesting conditions and there are all kinds of degrees and variation in between.Best wishes.

It is interesting that the two photographs look quite different. The photo with more of a tan lends itself to more of a full tummy tuck with a small vertical scar. The other photo seems more smooth and unfurled, but I still would lean toward a full tummy tuck and vertical scar. Generally the vertical scars do quite well and almost appear like a stretch mark in time. I believe just getting that entire area lower on the abdomen and spread a bit will make for a wonderful improvement….

You are right. The incision under the breast or at the inframammary crease location is very commonly used and has the least chance of capsular contracture. The armpit or transaxillary has the very best scar, but hard to change out silicone implants. The periareolar is also good because of the color change, but carries a slightly higher incidence of capsular contracture. Any of these is good and you should discuss with your board certified and ASPS and ASAPS qualified breast surgeon….
