Is it possible for my tattoo (full back piece) to be removed?

With such a large dark piece I don't think you will ever be able to remove most of the ink. it would take multiple series of sessions and be extremely costly. Your experience so far is typical. Be sure you are seeing a provider skilled in laser tattoo removal and that is honest with their responses.

You are dealing with a very large tat with difficult colors. Unfortunately, I don't know how successful you will be. I think cover-up is the best idea if even possible. the amount of time, healing, discomfort, and poor outcome possibility may let you consider leaving it. be sure to use only a very qualified laser technician. What is the ideal age for Emface treatments?

There is no ideal age. In my practice, the average age is approx 50. That being said at any age when you start seeing wrinkles, loose skin, and loss of volume its time! There are many choosing to do emface "preventatively" or as soon as they become concerned with facial changes.. I have treated patients from 30 to 85!
Can radio frequency from Emface dissolve facial fat? Can Emsculpt be done without radio frequency?

Yes, the emface can be performed without the rf. However the studies that have been done show that the strength of the facial RF is not sufficient to kill fat but enough to cause a tightening of the skin.
Can I combine Emface with other procedures or injectables?

There is no contraindication and no reported adverse reactions to combining the procedures. I would only suggest not doing emface on the same day as other facial procedures,
