Hi and sorry to hear about your problem. Regarding the open incision, I would notify your surgeon immediately. Not only do you need some direction on what to do next, I'm sure he would like to know. Hi and thank you for submitting photos and your question. There are a lot of factors that come into play when determining whether or not a lift is required. I can't say based on photographs alone, however; the photos do suggest that an implant alone may suffice. So, things may not be as bad as you think!
