I can see why you would have grave concerns. Give your body time to heal, and if you are still unsatisfied, seek a second opinion for revision surgery. Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your pictures alone, it appears you are a candidate for a BBL, and that you would have a significant amount of fat to transfer. Depending on the results you desire, it appears that you could very dramatically increase the overall size of your buttocks and its projection and shape. IF what you want is to slim and sculpt the waist and improve projection of your buttocks, you will get good results. Hello, and thank you for your question. You can absolutely complete both procedures during one visit to the OR as long as you have no outstanding health concerns. I have completed these two procedures together many times for patients with no health effects, and wonderful results.
