What procedure is best for my post pregnancy belly?
I can’t see your entire abdomen from the photos, however, from what I can see together with your pregnancies and Caesarian sections I can say with confidence that a complete tummy tuck/ radical abdominoplasty will most likely be required.
It is the only way to tighten your muscles and permanently remove your excess abdominal skin.
Cool sculpting will not be adequate, and whilst traditional liposuction will remove the excess fatty tissue it will not address the redundant skin and infact may loosen the skin further.
Obviously the muscles can’t be repaired without surgery. Your specialist Plastic Surgeon will be able to discuss the procedure in details, discuss recovery and return to work, and show you comprehensive before and after photos. Aftercare is very important – you’ll be in good hands. (Paul Quinn, MBBS (Hons), FRACS)
I can not see your lower abdomen which would be helpful to give you a more definitive answer. However, it is apparent that the abdominal muscles have been displaced by the two pregnancies. This is evident by the rounded appearance of the abdomen. Neither liposuction or coolsculpting will address this muscle issue.
You are a good candidate for a formal abdominoplasty. The possibility of liposuction of the flanks would be discussed after a formal evaluation.Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate and offer guidance on how to achieve your desired contour. (Robert W. Kessler, MD, FACS, Corona Del Mar Plastic Surgeon)
To be fair you need a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. With the mommy stance( belly protruding as if you are pregnant) that is indicative of your abdominal wall separation which is very normal post pregnancy and defiantly once a section has been added to the mix.
An abdominoplasty is the sewing of those muscles together so you appear flat. To be fair you need an evaluation. Cool sculpting and Venus freeze post op would be a great treatment plan also. Look at his/her before and after galleries and compare the differences. Good luck in your travels looking for the right fit between you and a qualified surgeon.(Lane Smith, MD, Las Vegas Plastic Surgeon)
You appear to be an excellent candidate for a full abdominoplasty with possible liposuction to the flanks. You should go for some consults and be evaluated so you can be fully informed what is the best option for you. (Frederic H. Corbin, MD, Brea Plastic Surgeon)
Tummy tuck with liposuction of the sides would produce a nice result. Find a tummy tuck expert who performs hundreds each year and has great reviews and great before and after pictures. (Kenneth B. Hughes, MD, Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon)
To determine if someone is a candidate for CoolSculpting or surgery, a detailed history and physical is required. With that said, looking at the photos you provided, CoolSculpting could be an option for you. You could expect about 20% reduction of fatty tissues in each of the areas that you treat without the need for any downtime. Each treatment takes one hour. You can also treat the same area multiple times with usually a one month gap between treatments to get even more reduction of fatty tissue in these areas. The photos also suggest that the most dramatic change in body contour will come from an Abdominoplasty “Tummy Tuck”. This procedure requires surgery and has additional risks and a downtime of approximately two weeks. The best procedure for you would be determined after you have a chance to review the risks, benefits, limitations and expectations of each procedure in detail.
I would recommend you schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss these procedures.(William J. Vinyard, MD, FACS, Palm Beach Plastic Surgeon)
Great candidate for Tummy Tuck
You already have a beautiful body structure and that is a great foundation for a beautiful result. You have the two conditions for a Full Tummy Tuck: Loose muscle and flaccid skin above and below navel. If you get something more conservative, then you will end up with mild or poor results.
Tummy Tuck will hell to eliminate the saggy skin and has to be done through a very low incision to be easily hidden under a sexy bikini and also I would recommend a nice and tight muscle repair to fix the loose muscle which is causing your abdomen to protrude and your waist to be straight. Muscle repair will help to create a flat abdomen and a tapered small waist.Be encouraged. You will be loving your curvaceous results. (Laura Carmina Cardenas, MD, Mexico Plastic Surgeon)
