You have more skin than you think. I say lesser procedure lesser result. I think you would be disappointed with a mini tummy tuck. My recommendation would be for a standard(full) tummy tuck. Bring a pair of panties or bathing suit bottom you would like the scar to conceal.

In my opinion, it would depend on the results that you are looking for and would be satisfied with. You have skin laxity above and below your belly button, so a “mini” tummy tuck will not correct all of your skin laxity, but it could significantly improve it.
If you do indeed have diastasis rectus, separation of the abdominal muscles, then these would need to be repaired, so if that is the case, I would definitely recommend a full tummy tuck. On your photos, the skin laxity is evident, but it is difficult to say for certain if the muscles are separated or if what is being seen is just the skin laxity over the abdominal wall. I would definitely recommend an in person evaluation so all of your options could be discussed with you so you would have the most information to make your decision. (Amy T. It depends on how you define mini TT. In my practice, a mini TT is limited to patients with minimal skin laxity below the umbilicus and muscle diastasis. From your pictures, I think you will need a longer incision than just a classic mini since you have a considerable amount of loose skin above your umbilicus.
