The masseters are a big muscle contributing to a square jaw and bruxism.
Usually I use a 3 point injection to maximise coverage of the muscle.
I usually use 50units. However in patient with bigger muscles I may need to increase dosage.
Muscle relaxants are effective in facial slimming and bruxism.
Do Voluma and Volyft clients present more reactions and complications, than with Ultra Plus for cheek

The treatment of choice to use a more lifting/longer lasting filler in the cheeks. Cheeks are the foundation of the face and need to treated well as it will have indirect positive effects in other areas of the face.
There can be complications with fillers but cheeks can be done safely and effectively

There are several types of filler. They differ in consistency/concentration/lifting power.
We choose the filler depending on the area the patient would like treated and results they are after
Iml of filler is a very small amount. Reshaping/volumising of lips alone can easily use up a 1-2mls
I always advise my patients to treat one area properly then move on to the next. Otherwise results will be suboptimal
