Sculpsure hasp roved over the last 2 years that the 25 % of the fat cells in the targeted area are gone, destroyed by the heat and slowly eliminated by the body lymphatic system. I personally find that the combination with Tempsure envi RF helps to achieve even better results. I have created a custom program for the clients, starting them off on detox nutrition , then sculpsure with personal fitness training and ending with tempsure envi.

Good day and congratulations on being the perfect candidate for Sculpsure. 2-4 frames on each side will do it. You need 2 sessions to see results in 3 months. 25 min for 25 % of the fat cells killed in the targeted area. No down time and about an inch from the waist are lost.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Knees and arms treatment is not FDA approved for Sculpsure. It is commonly and safely used though. Small lumpy fat cell collections in the subcutaneous area are not uncommon, but they gradually resolve after massaging. Scarring after Sculpsure is very unusual . You may try microneedeling with PRP the areas.
Tempsure envi to smoothen the lumps after Scupsure tends to have great results.

The best way to approach it is start with mildly enforced trauma using microneedeling ( with PRP , optional), then Tempsure envi RF thermage. A filler after the initial treatments to smoothen the indentation.

You will benefit from a combination of treatments. CO2 device is going to give perhaps the best results to resurface the skin, followed by PRP and microneedeling treatments. Some RF energy treatment in addition would provide with the best desirable results.
