I commonly get the question about lips looking sad or down turned. HA fillers can do I nice job when placed appropriately to correct this. They can “upturn” the corners of the mouth creating a happier more pleasant look. Goodluck and I hope you have success.

We use Selphyl PRP/PRFM when we do the Vampire Facial which creates very clear yellow fluid where the PRP is contained. There is virtually no red cells with this kit . It’s true that the longer that PRP stays on the skin the better chance it has of going where it’s needed. It travels through the channels created by microneedling. Typically 4-6 hours is appropriate time to leave the PRP on the skin.

The answer is NO. One of the contraindications to Isolaz is recent Accutane treatment. You have to be off Accutane for at least 6 months before you can have an Isolaz treatment.

If the under portion of the eye looks sullen and a shadow is being cast over the area, there are two relatively easy solutions. A small amount of filler in the tear trough and neurotoxin to the outer area and below the eye, can help quite a bit. Its a quick procedure and requires very little time. It can bright up the eyes and make them look less tired.

Without seeing the bites it is a little hard to say. If they are irritated or reddened I would wait until they are completely resolved. If they are small pin like in size and nearly healed then it is reasonably safe to have your hair removal treatment. Make sure the provider you are seeing assesses the area before they treat you. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t feel well after your Botox injections. Some people will get an anxiety like response from an initial injection but it usually is gone after the injections are done. Prolonged nausea and dizziness most likely is due to another reason. I hope next time is a better experience for you.
