This 55-year-old mother of one, originally had breast augmentation with silicone gel implants 30 years ago. Her mammogram demonstrated she had a bilateral rupture of her implants. She underwent Bilateral Breast Revision Augmentation. Her revision required removal of the old gel implants and the surrounding silicone and scar tissue. New moderate profile 485cc silicone gel implants were placed, using the inframammary approach. She is seen 5 months after surgery.
