At 5 weeks post surgey the inflammation around you belly button is sure a reason for concern.If your plastic surgeon has not seen this yet you need to go and see him immediately.Somehow.the blood supply of your umbilicus is compromised and it is difficult to assess the skin colour inside the depression.Because of having a mesh as a repair material you need to be cautious.

With aggressive periumbilical liposuction the fat problem can be solved.But one other problem you have is relatively high belly button.That is going to be difficult to correct without scar.

You must had a very large btreast and large volume reduction.It looks to me you are having superficial epidermolysis,that is most superficial part of ypur nipple and areola dying but deeper layers are alive.This is not uncommon in free nipple graft.Stay in close contact with your doctor.This will heal but you will have depigmentation that is you will loose the dark color of your nipple.Over a period of time these pigments(Melanin) will come back slowly.

First of all ,one can not comment from the photographs you have presented.Not enough area of surgery exposed and tight pants is also deforming.Moreover,it is still early to appreciate the results.But in any case ,you should go back to your operating surgeon first to express your unhappiness.He may have more insight.

If you are happy with the size of your breasts and it is not too big to you,then your solution is to undergo Bilateral Mastopexy and at the same time correct the asymmetry.As far as the specific technique of the Mastopexy you need to have a detailed consult with an experienced Plastic Surgeon interms of the resultant scars.

I would recommend wet to dry dressing with moist saline gauge and keep it covered.Do it twice a day.This wound will heal but will take time.You should get some advise from your operating surgeon first.He may have a better idea.But,I would not keep it open or keep it dry.Good news is it will heal provided if you keep infection away.Stay in touchn with your doctor.

It is not very common to have very hard and painful stomach afer 3 weeks of Liposuction of abdomen.But,it can happen depending on your pain tolerance.You should be back in many of your normal activity.Just to be safe let your operating surgeon know about your pain and rigidity and even better, go and see him.

Answer is NO.It will be safer and good medicine if you find out the cause of UTI,and then treat it.Once the UTI is cleared then do the Abdominoplasty.Otherwise,one is taking unneccessary risk .Not only it will be bad medicinebut it will difficult to defend Medicolegally if there is any infection.

There is no absolute answer.Moreover you have not given enough information about your breast.You only stated the size 34 but missed the cup size.A photograph could have been useful.Weight gain and weight loss do not correlate always with breast size.

First of all,every reduction is associated with some amount of lift.Since you specially qualifying your procedure as Reduction and Mastopexy,I presume you had very little reduction and primarily Mastopexy.So,all boiled down to what procedure you had and what was your ore-operative discussion with your surgeon.Your best bet is to discuss your result with your surgeon.

It is going to be difficult to comment without seeing the wound.It may be superficial separation or may be deeper separation.The best plan will be to go to your operating surgeon ,who knows more about this wound for a check up.In the mean time,keep it covered with any antibiotic ointment ,as for example ,Neosporin and a bandaid.I hope your sports bra is not the one which you need to wear overhead,so you need to raise your hand!

Thank you for your question.No good Plastic Surgeon will recommend treatment without examining you.But,from the picture I can tell you that if you just have implant you are going to get large saggy breasts.If size is all you want then it may be a possibility.But,if you want large and nice looking breasts you need to consider Breast Lift as well.Your best bet is to see an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and discuss the issues in person.
