It is possible to have liposuction in the mons area and/or direct excision of the fat/skin at the same time as the tummy tuck. It is very common to have a tummy tuck and some liposuction at the same time.

The side view shows that a majority of your breast/implant is below the nipple, which is a natural look. You have a natural slope from your upper breast to your nipple. I don't think you will get much decrease in upper pole fullness. You should discuss these questions with your plastic surgeon.

You are a candidate for a full tummy tuck(abdominoplasty). To address the excess skin above and below the belly button a full tummy tuck needs to be done. Tightening of your rectus muscles(usually done at the same time) will also benefit the look of your abdomen. You are an excellent candidate because you don't appear overweight. The abdomen doesn't match the rest of your torso. We need to make it match.
Is it against the law in Miami, FL to get a mutiple procedures in the same day?

In the state of Florida. A rule passed by the board of medicine only allows 1000cc's of liposuction if it is done at the same time as any other procedure. This only applies for office based procedures. In the hospital greater than 1000cc's can be done at the same time. Most plastic surgery is done in the outpatient office setting. Congrats on the wt loss. I think you are ready for a tummy tuck(abdominoplasty). There is enough excess skin/fat that you would benefit from a full abdominoplasty. It would really help your abdominal contour so that the abdomen will match the rest of you after your wt. loss.

I think you have too much redundant skin. It would require a full tummy tuck(abdominoplasty). You would be unhappy with a mini because you would still have excess skin at the sides, and still have overhanging skin above your umbilicus(belly button).
