Hi! Our office does a lot of implant removals, in the office under local/oral sedation. Our patients are very happy after taking them out. The results really depends on how much of your own breast tissue you have. The most noticeable difference is the lack of upper pole fullness. Your skin will contract a bit, once you take them out. Some patients will schedule a lift after removing and others are just fine with their natural looking breasts.
