Latisse is an excellent product to use to achieve longer, thicker lashes. It does take at least 16 weeks to see full results. And then if you discontinue the product, your lashes will return to their original state. It is best to consult a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a candidate and discuss the possible side effects of using this product.

My recommendation would be to wait at least 6 months before doing any revision to your breast reduction. At 2 months you would still have residual swelling and shape changes. Wounds are still in the process of healing and molding. At that time I would recommend that you consult with your original board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns, goals and pros and cons of possible options.

For a bra after a breast reduction we recommend a soft cotton sport bra, one that fits on the looser side and one that hooks in the front is the easiest to manage. Based on your photograph, it demonstrates excess skin and fat on the upper eyelids. This would best be addressed by a upper blepharoplasy to remove excess skin and minimal fat. A consult with a plastic surgeon could also properly evaluate and recommend if a brow lift could also be beneficial to receive optimal results.
