You have loose skin and weak muscles. No options will give you what you desire. Best go for the tummy tuck. Nothing to be afraid off. C sections that are done on a daily basis are more dangerous than a tummytuck. My advice to do the TT and be happy with the results.

It is quite a lot in one day however, if you are healthy and the doctor quotes the time in no more that 6 hrs it maybe be OK. However, each case is different and the extent of lipo and what type of genioplasty will be performed also matter. Nothing is a guarantee and all procedures have a risk involved. The longer the surgery the higher the risk. You should discuss the procedure and the risk with your doctor

In my practice I suggest not to lift for 21/2 weeks. Reason being that any strain can cause a bleed in the breast tissue. After 21/2 weeks bleeds are less likely. However, best if you ask your doctor to clarify.

Looking at your pictures you definitely need a tummytuck. The scar is placed in the natural crease that a patient has anatomically. The placement of the scar is discussed with your doctor and can be modified according to patient's wishes. There is no set formula about setting scars for men and women. It is a decision between the patient and the doctor.

There is no guarantee that Alloderm or strattice will prevent capsular contracture. The reason is that we do not know for sure what actually causes CC. In some instances it does help but again many get capsular contracture in spite of using substances like alloderm.

You need to decide how you want to look. Do you want to be big chested with a very full top of breast or about size C with a more natural slope type breast. Once you know that, you need to revisit a few plastic surgeons and have more discussion as to what will suit your goals best. You must decide on the size of breast you want and not be hung up on the number of CC in an implant.

Not sure if you were assymetric before your procedure or just after. Also not sure if you developed a capsule causing this. You need to be seen by your plastic surgeon again and discuss with him/her. If there is no capsule you may need a breast lift on the right side, however it will leave significant scars and your scars are prominent already. So best to see your plastic surgeon and discuss your options.

Breast implants either 290 up to 350 will enlarge you breasts significantly. Saline is great if it is placed under muscle. However, you may still have some ptosis (or sagging ) after the procedure. However, if you like the ptotic look then you will be OK with just the implants. You can always get the lift procedure later on if you wish.
