Greetings. In general, nipple piercings should not affect healing. Your surgeon would probably advise you to keep the piercings out for a certain period of time. If you have concerns, you should see your plastic surgeon in advance of the surgery and discuss/show the concerns with him/her. There is no harm in delaying the procedure if there is any issue. Greetings. I advise patients to take at least 1-2 weeks off work after a BBL procedure. In terms of sitting, I do allow people to sit using a BBL cushion for 3 weeks postop. In general for the first week, I tell patients to avoid sitting as much as possible. In addition, ambulation is encouraged as much as possible. Good luck!

Greetings. As you mentioned in your comment, I recommend people take a break and walk around from driving every 1.5 -2 hours. Also, I recommend to people not to have direct contact between the buttock and a surface for 3 weeks post op. This would involve using some type of cushion for protection. For further clarification, you should ask you surgeon what are the restrictions and recommendations for your post op situation. Best wishes.

Greetings.  In general, I leave drains in for a minimum of seven days. Sometimes, the drain(s) will stay in for a longer time, depending on the situation and/or the output of the drain. For sutures, usually absorbable sutures are used. Anything that is non-dissolving will be removed in 7-10 days depending on the type of procedure. Good luck!
