This patient presents with excess skin and fat of the abdomen and flank region. She desired an improvement in the appearance of her waistline so that she would be comfortable wearing fitted clothing. A tummy tuck with power-assisted liposuction of the abdomen and flanks was performed. The patient is very pleased with her 3-month post procedure result. This is an early post-operative result and the scar with continue to mature and get finer and lighter over time.
