Patient underwent liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. I recommended abdominoplasty with liposuction, but the patient declined. Fortunately for her, she had very good skin elasticity and has a good result. The abdominoplasty would have given her more of a washboard appearance, but she is satisfied. Happy patient, happy plastic surgeon!
