First and foremost, you have to answer the question whether you will have more pregnancies in the future. If yes, please postpone having any type of abdominal cosmetic surgery until you're done having children. Your result will be more predictable. The photos seem to show skin laxity above and below the navel which leaves me to suggest the full tummy-tuck over the mini. It will also address muscle separation and give you back the perfect flat tummy.

A latissimus flap is a muscle from your back which can be harvested with or without skin. Most patients do very well without this muscle. I personally reserve this procedure when a patient has had radiation or is a heavy smoker. Alloderm is perfectly acceptable as a dermal matrix and you can get an excellent result with such.
