This patient is 55 years old, weighs 132 pounds and 5'7" tall and a 36A bra size. She desired breast size and shape enhancement. She had sub-muscular augmentation with moderate plus profile 300cc implants. She wears a 36C bra post op  (Feb 6, 2015)
