Certainly you can have a revision TT without additional muscle repair if you desire, especially if you had muscle repair the first time. Unless your recent pregnancy has caused re separation of the muscle, you could avoid it. I would talk to your doctor and make it clear that you would like to avoid this if possible. You may come to an agreement with him or her that you only want it done if it is absolutely necessary

Seroma development after tummy tuck is very common. I agree with your doctor that compression, aspiration, and surgical removal are good options. In my experience, compression alone generally is not enough to resolve the seroma unless the body also absorbs it itself. My recommendation is to try to find someone who would be willing to aspirate this for you to remove it. It may take several times but that may avoid additional surgery

You appear to be an ideal candidate for a labiaplasty. This will allow better contour of this area and improve your self-confidence. Should be noted however that a labiaplasty does nothing to increase your vaginal tone or decrease looseness. Other procedures are available for this such as ThermiVa.

You are correct that your BMI is somewhat high, but based on your examination and your overall health, you may find a surgeon who would be willing to take on your case. The opportunity to improve the abdominal area would allow you to have a tummy tuck. Additional procedure such as BBL may be prohibitive but possible as long as you understand the increase risks involved

Based on your photographs, it appears that you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. Only a complete examination would be able to tell you what type of outcome and result you could expect, but it does appear to me that after having two children with laxity that you have in your lower abdomen, you would benefit from this body contouring procedure. Remember however that this is not a weight reduction procedure and the goal is to better contour your abdomen.

Based on the photographs that you submitted, it appears that you would benefit from some degree of a tummy tuck. It is hard to tell from the pictures if a full tummy tuck would be available to you but clearly some excision of excess skin would improve your abdominal contour and your look. Only after a physical examination would you be able to determine whether you need a full tummy tuck or some variation of that.

Depending upon the comfort level of your plastic surgeon and your gynecologist, it is possible that you could have the fibroid tumor removed at the same time as a abdominoplasty procedure. This would be something that would have to be discussed with both doctors to be sure they are comfortable. It may be that neither would feel comfortable doing their portion of the procedure with the other, then the question would be which to do first. More than likely they would having the fibroid tumor...

It looks as though your incision has widened somewhat, probably because of the tension on the wound which is common in doing this procedure. At eight months, you are still in the healing process and this can take upwards of two years to go to completion. By then the appearance may be improved. If not, revision surgery to a size the scar and close the one with less tension may be an option to get you a thinner and more favorable scar.

It looks like you’ve had a great result, but still have some swelling after surgery. While six months sounds like a long time, it can take up to 12 months and maybe even longer for a lot of the swelling and cervical change to resolve. It appears that you were a fairly sizable abdominal plasty, and that coupled with the liposuction will make your healing so much for long. I will be patient for now, it looks like you’re doing fine.

The plastic surgery literature would suggest that a periareolar incision has a slightly higher risk of capsular contracture, but I use a periareolar incision almost exclusively (more than 98% of the time) and have had only one patient in 28 years have an unsightly scar. It heals very well, blends well with the surrounding tissue and is easy to hide. Of course there are no guarantees, but based on your pictures that's what I would do.

Based on the included photographs, it appears to me that you would be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. The excess tissue that you have is probably not going to go away with increased weight loss. I do not think your BMI is prohibitive as long as precautions are taken to ensure early mobility and meticulous surgical procedure. A consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be your next step, but it appears that you would do very well and would be pleased with the results.

Depending on the technique that your surgeon recommends, I think you could look forward to some improvement in your appearance with a labia plasty. One needs to choose a surgeon who is comfortable with the aesthetic aspects of labia plasty and not just simply removing excess tissue. The scars need to be placed in the proper position to ensure the least amount of his ability as well as comfort during intercourse.

Difficult to give a good answer in clothing, however the implant sizes you are talking about our moderate by today's standards and I always recommend that patients who are not sure about the size lean towards a bigger size. A 295 mL implant is not very big, and I think he would get a nice result with that. Again this is based on your picture in clothing and without the luxury of a complete examination. Your surgeon can guide you best in this regard.
