Sorry to hear you're having trouble following your brachioplasty. As other surgeons have mentioned, it is not uncommon to have minor dehiscences (wound openings) following this procedure. Occasionally, the area in the axilla (armpit) will open a bit wider but in almost all cases will heal uneventfully with routine wound care. It can take several weeks for larger openings to close so patience will serve you well here.
I would not recommend any revisional surgery at this time. ...
