My patient was interested in achieving a "natural" look without looking overly "augmented" or "fake." During surgery, I created customized pockets for her teardrop shaped implants under the pec muscles. I used numerous sizers until I found the perfect size for her frame. I placed Sientra Anatomically Shaped Classic Base Moderate Projection 310 cc implants. She is so happy with her outcome and finally has the shape and figure she’s always wanted!
