I’m 5’4 and 135 lbs. Am I a good weight for Brazilian Butt Lift?
candidate for Brazilian buttock lift
Jun 20, 2015
Hi There. Brazilian buttock lift can be performed either with implants or with fat graft injection. You may be at good weight for BBL. However, whether you may be candidate for implants or fat graft injection is difficult to determine unless you have a formal examination by plastic surgeon.I would recommend talking to your plastic surgeon in your area and hear the pros and cons to each option before making your decision. Good luck
How much weight do I have to lose in order to get a Tummy tuck ?What I have to get breast implants since
tummy tuck.body weight.breast aug with/without lift
Jun 20, 2015
Hi There. The ideal BMI to get down to is under 30, in order to help lower potential risks of complications from surgery. Other option you make consider is doing liposuction and then come back later for tummy tuck. As for the breasts, I would recommend taking into consideration doing breast implants with breast lift. My recommendation is to talk to your plastic surgeon and ask him what your options are whether or not staging your surgery may be an option. Good luck!
Could I have implants without a lift?
breast augmentation.without lift
Jun 20, 2015
Hi There. The chance for you to have breast augmentation without a breast lift may be very difficult. Looking at the photo, you have significant amount of skin and breast tissue laxity, breast ptosis and asymmetry. Those variables need to factor in when deciding for your surgery. In addition, your goal to get to look similar to the photo you submitted may also not be optimal. Everyone’s anatomy is different. In addition, you also have to factor in the risk of keloid scar tissue formation as…
Can I still have my Mommy Makeover surgery with 11.6 wbc count?
elevated white blood cell count
Jun 20, 2015
Hi There. I am glad you had a repeat blood test and urine test to rule out UTI. Even though, clinically you feel good except being under ton of stress, that alone may potentially elevate your white count. Definitely I would recommend talking to your surgeon and see if the surgery can be postpone until the white count is back to normal level. Good luck !
Can my tubular breasts be fixed without implants?
tuberous breast.no implants
Jun 20, 2015
Hi There. Your tuberous breasts can be improved without implants. however, it depends on what you are trying to achieve. Without implants, the result will most likely going to be smaller then what you have now. If you like to volume you have now, then more likely then not you will need implants and breast lift to reshape your breasts. Hope this helps.
Can I Get Rid of Most Stretch Marks on my Stomach with a Tummy Tuck?
Tummy tuck surgery to remove stretch marks
Sep 21, 2012
When performing tummy tuck surgery, the incision is placed close to the proximity of the suprapubic region, and extend across the pelvic area. The skin and fat flap then get lifted up, the belly button incision is made, to ensure preserving the umbilical stalk, then the laxity of the midline tissues gets tightened up. Next the skin flap gets pulled down and removed. So, the stretch marks that you have currently, most will be removed. However, the stretch marks that are above the belly button…
Breast Augmentation Vs Breast Implants?
Breast Augmentation Vs Breast Implants?
Sep 19, 2012
Breast augmentation surgery is performed to enhance your breasts; to give you more fullness, by using either saline or silicone gel implants. Both safe are very safe.
There are many factors to consider when choosing to do breast augmentation The implant options include; saline vs. silicone gel implants, moderate, midrange or high profile. Implant placement also needs to be taken into consideration; on top of the muscle or behind the muscles. Placement typically depends on how much breast…
Would I Be Eligible for a Brazilian Butt Lift?
Buttock Augmentation
Sep 14, 2012
Based on your photos, you would be appropriate for Brazillian Buttock Augmentation, which requires harvesting fat from tummy, back, flank and possibly the thigh areas, then transferring it into the buttock to contour the buttock. Depending on how much fat can be harvested, will determine how full the buttock can be achieved.

The goal is to achieve body contouring, so liposuction to harvest the fat to BBL would be the best option to obtain overall results.

Eyelid Problem, How to Know if I Have Too Much Eyelid Skin?
Eyelid problem: too much or not too much skin
Sep 14, 2012
The issue with excess eyelid skin is when the upper lid tissue start to drape over your eye and hanging over the lashes margin. What happens then you subconsciously try to keep your eyes open by using your forehead muscles to raise your eyebrow to try to keep the eyes open. Sometimes you may not know this because you are constantly trying to keep the eyes open by using your forehead muscle to raise the brow, this can then cause you to have headaches or eye fatiques.

Try this: look in the…

How Long After Surgery Before I Can Resume my Normal Meds Including Aspirin Products?
Resuming medication as well as aspirin after surgery.
Sep 4, 2012
To answer the question regarding when you can resume your normal medication including aspirin, it depends on what type of medication you are currently on. In general, you should be able to resume all your medications after the surgery. However, with aspirin or any medication that is a blood thinner which causes your blood to thin, it will need to be discussed and planned out with your surgeon. Typically with aspirin, it depends on what the reason is that you are…
What Breast Implants Would Be Best for Me?
Breast augmentation – implant size
Sep 4, 2012
Which implant that would be best is based on certain different factors during the examination. The chest diameter as well as the breast diameter will help you and your surgeon to determine what size of the implant. Then, what type of profile, whether it is moderate versus high profile depends on what kind of projection you would like to achieve and so therefore this is something that you would have to consult and discuss with your plastic surgeon. As well, implants also…
Is There a Specific Upper Blepharoplasty Technique for Males to Avoid Feminisation of the Eyes?
Blephroplasty for male vs. female
Sep 4, 2012
As far as the upper blepharoplasty surgery is concerned, the technique is pretty much the same whether you are a male or a female. It is based on the amount of skin laxity you have with the upper eyelid as well as the fat pad. In general with upper blepharoplasty surgery the excess upper lid skin will be removed and also if the fat pad is prominent that would then also be removed if necessary.Overall whether it is a male or female, eyelid surgery is about the same surgical technique…
Liposuction Vs. Tummy Tuck After Weight Loss?
Liposuction Vs. tummy tuck
Sep 4, 2012
Whether you are getting liposuction or a tummy tuck after weight loss depends on the amount of fat lipodystrophy that you still have after your weight loss. That means it depends how thick your fat distribution is as well as how much skin laxity there is. If you have quite a moderate amount of skin laxity as well as moderate amount of fullness of fat distribution, then to achieve best optimal outcome you may need to do liposuction in order to help with the debulking of the fat first…
Can I a Get a Brazilian Butt Lift if Have Very Little Body Fat?
Brazilian Butt Lift with implants vs. fat grafting
Sep 4, 2012
Brazilian buttock lift is the term that defines augmenting your buttocks either with fat graft injections or implants. Ideally, I personally prefer a fat graft injection to enhance and augment your buttock rather than utilizing implants for the buttock. However for some one who has no body fat and desires to have buttock augmentation, then implants would be an option. You would have to discuss this with your plastic surgeon to determine what profile and size that would best…
Any Complications with Going Too Big?
Breast augmentation: going too big?
Sep 4, 2012
There are potential complications with having the implants “going too big”. In general, the factors that determine what type of implant or what size of implant are based on the measurement of your chest wall as well as your breast diameter.
That should help give you the reference as far as what is the base diameter for the implants, then depending on whether you are going with a moderate profile or a high profile will influence on what type of volume you should have to give you the…
