What can I do to ensure error free Botox abroad?

If you have to tell someone where to inject Botox, you may be asking someone who is not familiar with its use.  I would caution you to obtain a consultation with only board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeons. You can’t really build up the Botox to make it last longer,  altho this may occur after several years of useage. I’m sure that there are certified people in India.  Also, the use of “homemade” Botox is increasing, particularly outside the U.S.

Yes, we can use fillers and Botox at the initial consultation.  We can also address the other issues you mentioned.  Moles can certainly detract from one’s appearance and their removal can improve your overall presentation.

Botox works by causing muscles to loose strength, thereby relaxing the skin above the muscle .  It works great on frown lines between the eyes in the forehead and squint lines lateral to the eyes.  From the picture I can’t see if there are depressions near the mouth or wrinkles or both. There are numerous techniques that address these problems: fat grafts,fillers,possibly botox, minor procedures around the mouth and a facelift.  I can’t be more specific from that photo.

What you’re asking for is the cost of a mastopexy with breast implants. Saline implants run about 1000 and gels 2000.  The procedures require about 2 hours of operative time.  You can drive after 24 hours but shouldn’t exercise for 3 weeks.  Pain is minimal and results are gratifying.

There really is no best way to do this. It just depends on the condition of the various components of the abdominal wall: muscle, fat and skin. Also, the proportion of intra-abdominal fat needs to be assessed, which, of course, is not approached by abdominoplasty. Smart Lipo can only improve minimal skin laxity.

It sounds like you’re in good shape, but with the excess skin, some skin resection would probably be recommended. Also, the condition of the underlying musculature needs to be assessed to tailor the operative procedure to your needs. Smart Lipo will only tighten your skin if there is minimal excess.

Smart Lipo can definitely tighten skin, but not if "bat wings" are present. Excess skin of the upper arm can be removed via the axilla or armpit; if required, skin can be removed from the armpit to the elbow. Finally, a combination of liposuction, Smart Lipo and skin resection can all be performed simultaneously as indicated.

All the components of your face and neck need to be evaluated prior to giving you a standard type of recommendation. If the jaw bone is too small, this needs to be addressed in one of several ways. If there is too much fatty tissue, this can be suctioned. If there is too much skin, this can be resected in a number of ways. If all of these problems co-exist, usually a single sitting can be used to address all of them.

This procedure can be performed in the office under local anesthesia in the right patient.  Cost is not expensive. However, I would advise for you to wait until you complete your child-bearing.

If you’re starting out with breast ptosis, you will probably get more ptotic with pregnancy, lactation, and nursing. No mastopexy or breast lift procedure can withstand these changes. I have had a number of patients who have gotten pregnant, delivered and did NOT nurse and no significant change in their breasts occurred. There is so much individual variation, so it’s very difficult to predict.
Will bleph effect dry eyes problem?

Blepharoplasty will certainly not make your dry eye better. However, you may have to increase your use of artifical tears for several weeks; your ultimate need for the tears may not significantly change once you’ve recovered from surgery. I’ve done several patients with this problem and all have returned to their pre-op use of the tears.
