You would look fantastic with a Tummy Tuck or Abdominoplasty with flak and mid tummy liposuction would be using a no drain technique with long acting anesthesia that numbs some of the the belly for 3 days after surgery
Is this brow/lid ptosis?

Photo is not the best but seems like 2-3 mm of left lid ptosis . Brow shape is not consistent with lateral peaking and over the rim , so its lower than expected for ideal female brow but over all its in good position .

The left lid ptosis can be tested with neosinephrine drops and repositioned surgically .

It is hard to give an exact diagnosis over photos but from what you have provided i† seems that the right eyelid has ptosis compared to the left . The upper eyelid should sit 1-2 below the corneal limbus which is is the border of the cornea and the sclera (the white of the eye).

I use liposuction with tummy tuck at the same time in about half of my tummy tuck cases Some patients do not need liposuction and in some doing liposuction in the center of the abdomen during tummy tuck could be dangerous for the skin . However in majority it can be done safely with some technical considerations to avoid getting in trouble .

In general it more comfortable to wear these and it helps contour the abdomen better after liposuction . However there are not studies to clearly demonstrate this
