Hello there
i do alot of breast surgery in my practice, i think very large breasts should be lifted and reduced first. This allows the breast to heal i the neal position first. If you combine that with an implant it heals in a more saggy position. this surgery is one of the few times i recommend two parts.

It is best to loose weight before surgery but it should be a weight you can maintain.
In my experience if you carry your weight in the top part of your abdomen it makes the most difference during and after surgery. The flatter the top part of the belly the better the tummy tuck results look

I have seen this kind of asymmtry quite frequently in young women. You would need implants on both sides and an areolar reduction/lift procedure on the right to center the nipple areola complex and make it more symmetrical with the left. The left side would need a larger implant than the rest. I would count on 3-6 months before the implants settle into a more symmetrical look

you have great bones. Most of your loose skin though is lower on your neck and that usually means a facelift to soften that tissue and move it to a higher position. I do have to agree that facelift would be your best option. Non-surgical devices will really miss the mark on loose neck skin

Hi
It seems that your natural breast is more on the side of your chest wall than you would like. The only way to change the position and centering the nipple and areola is by doing a lift procedure. Implants alone don't significantly alter the location of the nipple/areola.

i usually let the patient decide. Generally for very small and tight nipple/areola an inframmary incision hides the scar better. On the other hand for patients that have dark skin the areola skin can hide the scar better.
