There are many factors to help determine the prefect breast size. One is the type of breast implant. The anatomically shaped or more form stable implants can be a nice option for very thin women, like yourself, who desire breast augmentation. These type of implants may mitigate the risks of showing the implants or looking too obvious. It is difficult to recommend an implant from photos and height and weight measurements alone. Typically, when sizing a patient for the ideal size many variables are taken into consideration: Objective measurements of the breast, desired amounts of projection based on photos and drawings, quality of the skin (i.e. has there been much stretch on the tissue, is there drooping, etc.), as well as how the patient appears with different sized implants from a sizing system in place...

I agree with the others that this would require a physical examination to determine exactly what is causing this. It does sound like a possible umbilical hernia which an opening in the strength layer of your abdominal wall near your belly button. When your intestines poke out through the opening, the bulge is experienced. Pain may also be experienced during this as well. Typically, a simple repair could be undertaken to fix this.

For excellent results, I encourage my patients to be within 10% of their ideal body weight. Sometimes, this is often difficult to obtain with diet and exercise.
