Great question! I use the Lumenis UltraPulse to deliver TotalFx treatment in my office. I target the entire face, including the skin around the eye. I find that treatment with the DeepFx and ActiveFx allows for more collagen rebuilding and thus better and longer lasting improvements versus ONLY treating the superficial layers of skin with the ActiveFx.
