Talk to your surgeon about combing the procedures at the same time. You plastic surgeon can elevate the flap. Then your hysterectomy can be completed and closure with the abdominoplasty completes your surgery.

You would be a good candidate for a mini tummy tuck with possible lower Rectus muscle repair to tighten the lower stomach muscles. You could also benefit from liposuction, with a with a skin and subcutaneous fat excision in the lower stomach wall. An aggressive workout program can also provide improvement.

From your limited pictures it appears you need an abdominoplasty, but the quality of your skin may make a full abdominoplasty difficult. There appears to be significant stretch marks around the umbilicus (belly button) and most likely a diastasis (lower muscle separation). Make sure to discuss these issues with any doctor you consult with.
