Most fillers last around 1 year. Some last 18 months. 2 years should be sufficient time for the filler to be naturally absorbed. During your consultation we should be able to palpate the filler if it is still in place. Unless it can still be palpated, I would not recommend having it dissolved because it is likely already absorbed.

There is a number of things that could cause this. First, it could be recurrence of the tumor. If it is changing in size, we would recommend follow up with the provider who did your surgery or PCP for evaluation. It could also be some scar formation around the area where you had surgery. This can happen at the incision line or sometimes where the dissolvable sutures are. Usually, some steroid injection will help breakdown the scar formation.

It can be common to have a tight feeling after lower facelift. Sometimes a small amount of scar will form causing this feeling. The most common place for this is under your chin/neck area. If this happens, we can inject a small amount of steroids to loosen the scar without loosening the skin and relieve that feeling. Having a facelift should not effect your dry eyes. You will likely need to continue using your drops. If you decided to have eyelid surgery on top of a facelift, this could cause come increased irritation of your eyes initially. We would provide you with ointment and drops to help with this. Facelift alone usually does not cause changes in dry eyes.

For your breasts, I'd suggest a silicone implant, under the muscle, inframammary crease scar in around the 300 cc range. Fat grafting will not adequately restore tone and will be a long effort for minimal results. With the umbilical hernia repair, a mini- abdominoplasty with no need for liposuction, but a full midline vertical abdominal muscle plication to flatten your abdomen with a very lower transverse abdominal scar will work well for the abdominoplasty. You make a good point. You have a fairly long distance from umbilicus to pubis and the sin is not significantly excessive on your lower abdomen. Either the scar will be high or you will require vertical umbilical hole closure scar on the lower abdomen. The portion of the mommy makeover that involves significant blood loss is the liposuction during the abdominoplasty. Breast augmentation with or without a breast lift should be able to be performed with very low blood loss.
