47 Year old patient underwent breast reconstruction s/p breast cancer of her right breast. Tissue expanders were placed bilaterally. She was expanded for a period of 9 months. Her tissue expanders were then replaced by Mentor High Profile Silicone implants (500cc left side, 600 cc right side). Her nipple was reconstructed via full thickness skin graft. We also fat grafted (fat transferred) both of her breasts.
