I would agree that because you did not have muscle tightening that you may have different post operative guidlines then a patient that did but I would refer to the post operative instructions given by your surgeon. He/She would best know your expected recovery and can tailor the guidlines to your specific operation.

Your breasts have a normal size and shape at this point, so it really depends on your aesthetic goals and finding a board certified plastic surgeon to create and execute a surgical plan. Your skin will not continue to shrink and so you have the option of a lift (won't change your overall volume) or a lift and implant (will change volume and upper pole) or just an implant (will increase volume only). Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to have fat transfer done at the same time as implant removal it just depends on several factors. I recommend a complete evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon who can discuss options and the best procedure for you. It is possible to do a local harvest and transfer under local anesthetic at a later date, usually 3-6 months following explantation, but this depends on several factors as well. Best of luck!

Hello and thank you for your question. Each surgeon has a specific protocol and it is best to check with your surgeon to make sure you are both on the same page. In general though, adding an occlusive dressing to a healed incision at this point in your recovery is not necessary. At 2 weeks I start my patients on a silicone based scar cream. Hello and thank you for your question. The bump you are feeling are the folded edges of the saline implant shell. This is normal and may change in how you are feeling it over time. There is nothing you need to do to support the implant and the implant shell will stay in the original pocket, it just may shift around. Hang in there and good luck with the pregnancy!
