Generally speaking it is not uncommon to combine procedures such as these to be done at once. The concern I would have with combining all of what you are requesting is the time required under general anesthesia. This is a case that is going to take more than 8 hours and many anesthesiologists would advise against being anesthetized for that long. Hello!
All surgeons work at different paces. Some can do a mommy makeover in 5 hours, some will require more like 8 or 9 hours. Our board certified anesthesiologists prefer patients to stay under 6 hours of general anesthesia in an outpatient setting. They will push to 8 depending on patient health and surgical circumstances. Anything over that we will almost always need to be done in a hospital or require transfer to a hospital after for recovery.

To echo what others have said, in order to have optimal results you are really going to want to lose about 50 pounds first. Surgery can technically be performed but I think you're really going to be unhappy with what you see for what you've spent. I would suggest a physician supervised weight loss program first that can help you to healthily lose the weight then come in for a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!

It's hard to tell what you are referring to from your photo, which focuses more on the breasts than the abdomen. If skin laxity is the issue then I would agree with your latter surgeon, liposuction will generally not help to improve that.

The tests that we use generally go back 10 days. Your office may use different tests that can go back further.
The best thing to do would be to contact your office, inform them, and ask them what to do. We are much more flexible if our patients are upfront and honest than if you try to deceive us.

I'd recommend CO2 Fraxel laser treatment. There is clinical evidence (below) that supports CO2 Fraxel treatment to help improve hypopigmentation like you are experiencing.
You can try other options such as Microneedling, chemical peels, and Rentin-A which can also yield results, but I'd stick with what we know works and go with the laser treatment.

Yes, this is absolutely possible. We do combo procedures all the time in our office. The benefits are reduced costs because it often requires less overall OR and anesthesia time as well as a combined recovery so you are not missing two separate periods of time off work.

Hello! I agree with others in saying that a full neck lift is probably not necessary. Non-invasive skin tightening like RF Microneedling or similar treatments could help. We also offer MyEllevate which is a thread based neck lift that is combined with liposuction for somewhere in the $5,000 range.
