You do have excess skin especially in the upper back, which can lead to disappointment following back liposuction. You should consider Vaser or Laser liposuction which can tighten the skin to some degree.
If you want the tightest, best contour, then you’d have to consider sime skin excision of the bra roll. This will leave some scars across your back
