This is a great question. The reason why we stress the importance of quitting all forms of smoking prior to and after any procedure is for wound healing purposes. In my practice, I have observed that there is a higher rate of healing poorly after a procedure, and there can be higher rates of complications.

This is a great question. Pregnancy can affect breasts, as well as breastfeeding. Generally speaking, a breast lift procedure can be done again in the future if needed. Surgeons typically try to use the same incisions as the original procedure, but this can vary from surgeon to surgeon.

This is a common concern for many, and luckily we have many treatment options for this! In my practice, I have had great results with RF Microneedling to help tighten the skin and reduce the jowling. This is a great question! You are young, and have begun preventatively getting toxin injections for prevention. While 50 units is under the FDA approved dose of 64 units in the upper face, it is still up there and can leave you feeling very frozen after treatment. Whether you continue with Botox or begin Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau, you will still feel that frozen since 50 units is a large amount for a 28 year old with few lines.

This is a great question. In my practice, I have found that the best way to help prevent the aging neck is to combine many modalities. If you are looking for non-invasive options, Botox can really do wonders. In my practice of 30+ years, I have found that non-invasive treatments work in combination with each other to provide the best results possible! I would always recommend combining different treatments with each other, since they all work differently. For example, fillers FILL volume loss, botox helps with wrinkles, and lasers/microneedling work on the skin itself. Velashape uses heat, massage, LED light, and radiofrequency to reduce cellulite. I would recommend more sessions that are shorter in time, therefore 6 sessions of 30 mins each; increasing the number of sessions to maintain results that last!
