Hello, the order that you have the procedures performed does not matter as one surgery will not affect the other. If you are in good health, and your plastic surgeon agrees, I highly recommend that you just have the procedures done at the same time. This way, you just have one anesthesia event, one recovery, and frequently, surgeons will offer a discount if you combine procedures.

How scars mature and heal is largely dependent on the patient's genetics. Generally speaking, a scar aged 12 months should be a thin, white line. But if a patient has darker skin, it may be a darker line, or if a patient is prone to having more redness, it may have a slightly red hue.

The length of time that you will be under anesthesia, as well as any health/risk factors should be evaluated to determine if you can safely undergo all of the procedures that you listed at the same time. That being said - these are all procedures that I perform at the same time for the vast majority of patients.

Hello! I would recommend a full tummy tuck to get rid of the loose skin on your abdomen, and also tighten the underlying abdominal muscles. As far as your breasts go, an implant will not eliminate sagginess. The only way to restore your breasts to a perky chest position is to have a lift. You MAY be a candidate for a Benelli or donut lift. An implant can be added for additional volume in the upper pole of the breasts.

Thank you for your question.  It seems that you have some significant alterations of your breast shape after your augmentation procedure.  First, I think that going from an A cup to an 800cc implant exceeds the capacity of your breast to adequately cover the implant.  Also, the size of the implant is so large that it was necessary to make room for the implant below your original breast crease (inframammary fold).  Unfortunately, your original breast crease is still visible as a "double bub...
