That is a great question, it is always best to provide a complete medical history to your doctor. There should not be an issue, however, your surgeon may have you take a few extra measures to prevent infection, such as washing with a certain soap prior to procedure or starting prophylactic antibiotics earlier than usual. Microneedling is a treatment that is good for most skin types. In our practice we use the RF microneedling trade name tripollar. You may experience some redness and swelling right after the treatment but for the most part you should have minimal downtime. This is a great treatment for scarring and you should respond well with sensitive skin.

I would recommend you discuss RF microneedling or basic microneedling with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon. In our practice we have seen nice results with both treatments using Tensage 40 ampules for a growth factor post treatment. RF microneedling can actually help generate volume.

It can take up to 2 weeks to see complete results from a Botox treatment. Patience is important during this time. If after 2 weeks there is still some unwanted movement in the treated areas, adding additional Botox may be necessary to achieve a satisfactory result. Great question! While all of the things we do as plastic surgeons are great, we all want to be safe as well. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons that use board certified anesthesiologists and together you can determine if you are a safe candidate for cosmetic surgery. Great question! Breast size is a very personal choice, I always have my patients actually try on the implants to determine what THEY like best. Cup size is a very inaccurate measure of actual breast size. Consult with more than one or two board certified plastic surgeons to make sure you find a surgeon you feel comfortable with, and that listens to what YOU want. Best wishes!

Thank you for your question. With so many filler options available, it is hard to know which one is best without the guidance of your experienced injector. Hyaluronic acid products such as Juvederm Voluma and Restylane Lyft are both excellent options for the cheek area and temples. They are both very smooth and natural appearing when injected in the proper amounts. In my experience, Juvederm Voluma does last longer than the Restylane Lyft. And, unlike other options (Radiesse)...
