Personally the best results are seen with a n arm lift . It does mean trading them for scars that extend from the armpit to the elbow region, but not past the elbow. Hello, As many of mentioned the bruising is normal and can move down your body due to gravity. i often recommend to my patients a cream or gel with arnica montana. Hello, I do not think the numbness is from your botox. Most likely a cutaneous nerve was injured during injection and you have a neuropraxia ( bruised nerve) that is why it is numb. The nerve will regenerate after 6 weeks. The heavy hazy feeling is a direct result of the muscle paralysis from the botox and that is an expected outcome to have the forehead not move from botox. Where I practice, breast lifts are not covered by insurance unless you have had a diagnosis of breast cancer or a congenital issue. Unfortunately based on your description you would need an inverted T or “lollipop” lift and make even need a small conservative augment too , depending on the amount of breast tissue that you have lost with your weight loss. Good for you for loosing the weight. Indulge and get the breast lift. You deserve it.

We recommend that our patients wear their garment for at least 6 weeks after the tummy tuck. Some of my patients, months after their tummy tuck, will opt to will re-wear the garment at night if they have increased swelling or bloating and by the morning it is flat again. It is essential to wear the garment since it is part of the post operative recovery and gives the optimal outcome.

Based on your photographs I would not think you are a candidate for liposuction alone. The excess skin will re drape and shrink with liposuction but not enough that would be happy. You most likely will end up with excess saggy skin that will loose and not a nice tight abdomen. You would benefit from a tummy tuck.
