"mini" tummy tucks generally improve only the area of the abdomen
below the navel. Therefore, I recommend a full tummy tuck to alleviate your muscle

Based on your photos,
it doesn't look like your breasts sag significantly enough to warrant a lift in
addition to augmentation. Your nipples point forward, and there isn't a
significant amount of breast tissue below the inframammary crease. An
augmentation alone can likely give you attractive, natural-looking results
without the scarring associated with a lift. Of course, the only way to know
for sure is with a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good
