Patient is a 44-year-old female who presents with questions regarding breast augmentation surgery. Patient notes that following the birth of her children she had marked decrease in breast volume. She is currently a 32 A and would like to be augmented to a full B, small C size. We decided to use a 350cc Moderate profile Silicone implant. These pictures are 3 months post operative. She is very happy with her results.
