Examining your pictures, it appears that you are a good candidate for Brachioplasty procedure with liposuction. It does require a scar inside the upper arm which usually takes 6 months to mature. The procedure will improve the appearance of your arm

I recommend that you consult with a Plastic Surgeon for a thorough evaluation of the inside and outside of the nose. Any surgical procedure will have to wait until the swelling has gone down and you may require repositioning of the nasal bones.

Scarring is normal after any surgery and can appear as a thick and reddish area. Normally scarring should start to improve after about 3 months and continue for 6 to 12 months or more.

Unfortunately, Liposuction is not the answer to total body weight gain. Liposuction is an excellent procedure for someone closer to normal body weight with localized areas of fat deposits such as the abdomen, thighs, back, neck and arms.I recommend a good diet and excercise program watching calorie intake to reduce your weight closer to the normal weight for your body type and height prior to consulting a board certified plastic surgeon.
