Dear Ms Albgirl Thank you for your question. The straight forward answer is No. Having a Dermal Filler is a very straight forward treatment which I have been performing for more than 22 years, nevertheless, it’s not advisable to have any treatment a day before the Rhinoplasty just in case if the patient develops infection or skin irritation from the treatment (extremely rare). It’s always advisable to prevent rather than correct and you can have the Dermal Fillers shortly after Rhinoplasty…
