Performing a tummy tuck and brazilian butt lift at the same time is very surgeon dependent. Surgeons with extensive experience with the brazilian butt lift will, generally, perform the procedure simultaneously with a tummy tuck. I perform these 2 procedures together very often and do not feel that there is any compromise with the result.
Certain precautions will need to be taken, but you should be able to have a very good result provided that you are a good candidate for the 2 operations.
