Tummy tuck and pubic lift
What you refer to is a monsectomy. this removes puffiness in the pubic area, and is quite common.
I don’t charge any extra to do this and consider it part of a tummy tuck. (William Lambeth, MD)
Looking at your photographs, it appears that you would be a good candidate for tummy tuck, and this should help with excess skin at the groin.
The procedure will usually pull up the mons pubis slightly and eliminate the skin excess as shown in your second color photograph.
You should discuss with your plastic surgeon. (Paul Watterson, MD, Charlotte Plastic Surgeon)
Tummy tummy and monsplasty
By assuring that your surgeon understands your goal, the markings for surgery can be made to allow from lifting the mons at the time of tummy tuck. (Jourdan Gottlieb, MD, Seattle Plastic Surgeon)
Tummy tuck can take care of drooping mons.
Tummy tuck can indeed be tailored to correct the droop into the mons or pubic area. During your consultation show your surgeon what you have shown us so that he understands what your concerns are, and can develop a plan that solves the issue of the drooping mons and groin as well. (Peter E. Johnson, MD, Chicago Plastic Surgeon)
I would address it to your surgeon so he can address it at the time of your surgery (Frederic H. Corbin, MD, Brea Plastic Surgeon)
This is something I would address with your operating plastic surgeon prior to your surgery. The best way to evaluate this is and determine a plan is through a physical examination. (Stephen M. Davis, MD, FACS, Nashville Plastic Surgeon)
This should be easily addressed with a straight forward tummy tuck but discuss this with you surgeon proir to the surgery so you are both on the same page. He will be able to determine if additional liposuction to the area will be need. (M. Dean Vistnes, MD, Bay Area Plastic Surgeon)
Your issue needs to be addressed with your chosen Plastic Surgeon prior to the operation.
