A traditional Tummy Tuck performed for loose abdominal skin and weak abdominal musculature will have absolutely no direct affect on breast shape or appearance.
The changes caused by a standard Tummy Tuck extend only to the upper abdomen below the rib cage an no further. There is an entity known as Reverse Tummy Tuck that is rarely performed. In this operation, instead of the abdominal skin being pulled downwards, as it is in the traditional Tuck it is pulled upwards with the excess trimmed beneath the breasts. This procedure can influence the position of the breast fold and the shape of the breast.
